AUSTRALIA POST BUSINESS CREDIT ACCOUNT - ZING $200 CREDIT OFFER - PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 1. Information on this promotion and eligibility form part of these conditions of entry.
- 2. The promoter is Australian Postal Corporation (ABN 28 864 970 579) trading as "Australia Post" at 111 Bourke Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 (Promoter).
- 3. The promotion commences at 9am on Sunday 17 July 2011 and ends at 5pm on Wednesday 30 November 2011 (Promotional Period). Australia Post has no responsibility for lost, late, illegible or misdirected applications.
- 4. The promotion is open to the first 200 new business customers who (Eligible Customers):
- a. have no previous credit accounts or credit account history with Australia Post and have no existing SAP cash account number; and
- b. are approved for an Australia Post credit account (with a minimum credit limit of $2000 (GST incl) by the Australia Post credit management team during the Promotional Period; and
- c. spend a minimum of $2000 (GST incl) on their new Australia Post credit account during the Promotional Period on one or more of the following Australia Post products or services:
- 1. Letter and parcel services
- 2. International mail services
- 3. Reply Paid services
- 4. Messenger Post Courier services
- 5. Postage meter resets
- 6. Express Post (envelopes, satchels & parcels)
- 7. Postpak packaging products
- 8. Prepaid envelopes
- 9. eLetter Solutions
- 10. Mail Redirection and Holding services
- 11. Philatelic items
- 12. Retail products including stationery; and
- d. have no outstanding payments due on their Australia Post credit account as at the end of the Promotional Period.
- 5. Australia Post's 'Business Credit Account – Terms and Conditions' apply to all applications for a credit account and subsequent use of the credit account and shall take precedence where there is any conflict with these Promotion Terms and Conditions. - 6. To complete your application, you may be required to provide some financial information about your business.
- 7. The first 200 Eligible Customers will be provided with a $200 (GST included) credit on their new Business Credit Account within 30 days of the end of the Promotional Period, subject to confirmation by the Promoter that the customer has met all the criteria set out in clause 4 above to make them an Eligible Customer. The maximum total value of credit available to be awarded as part of the promotion is $40,000 for the Promotional Period (Maximum $200 per Eligible Customer).
- 8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Credit is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash. All applications and entries become the property of the Promoter.
- 9. The Promoter, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of the credit. Independent financial advice should be sought.
- 10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or referral's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any material in this promotion.
- 11. If there is an event beyond the Promoter's reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the promotion or the Promoter's ability to deliver the promotion, then the Promoter may in its discretion cancel the promotion. Further, the Promoter may at its sole discretion recommence it under the same conditions.
- 12. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these Promotion Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any credit to any entrant who fails to comply with these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
- 13. Privacy Notice: We collect your personal information so you can enter, and we can administer, this promotion. Without your personal information we cannot enter you in the promotion. Subject to some exceptions allowed by law, you may request access to your personal information while we store it. We will assess your request in accordance with the law and tell you why if access is denied.
